Added AbstractCapsisBridgeClient, CapsisBridgeClientDirect and CapsisBridgeClientGrpc to abstract the ServiceProvider client API
Added AbstractCapsisBridgeClientManager, CapsisBridgeClientManagerDirect and CapsisBridgeClientManagerGrpc to abstract the Manager client API
Corrected CapsisBridgeClientLib and CapsisBridgeServerTest following the new architecture.

Changes for a two-server architecture : the CapsisBridgeServer which is now a server manager, and CapsisBridgeServiceProvider which encapsulates the Artscript methods into a separate process.
