Corrected CapsisBridgeClientLib and CapsisBridgeServerTest following the new architecture.

Changes for a two-server architecture : the CapsisBridgeServer which is now a server manager, and CapsisBridgeServiceProvider which encapsulates the Artscript methods into a separate process.
