I'm not certain what these messages mean. Are you testing building 
CapROS and the cross tools on Debian? (I have only tested on FC2.) 
Are you saying that before building CapROS using Debian (what 
version?), the above packages need to be installed? Are you asking 
for the build instructions to be updated? And are you willing to 
update the build instructions yourself (requires editing html)?
