#29 Setup wizard: opening disk space window takes too long.

There is a disk cost... button in the Setup Wizard. If the user clicks the
button, it takes too long (almost 1 min) for the separate disk space window
to show up.

Solution: either a progress bar indicating how long it takes should be
provided or, the time to open the window should be minimized to less than
0.5m.

This depends on the local disk structure
(a standard implementation of Windows msi)
On my system, this takes about 10 s.
Please check on other system.
