#5 PyCLI Fix

I think I have fixed the CLI but I don't remember why we used threads in the first place. If this new approach works, we can delete pyconsoleinterface.cpp and bunch of other stuff.
I'm not sure (or may have lost) my sourceforge credentials, so I've created a temporary fork on github: https://github.com/stefan-sakalik/canorus with two patches on master. I'm also attaching the patch fix.
