Hi Brian, Canny has not been specifically made to work with Ruby on Rails. I'd suggest asking other Ruby on Rails developers to see if anyone has used Canny with it, or if you can plug in a custom template system. I would gladly apply any patches needed for Ruby on Rails compatibility.
