I download CamStudio 2.1. Than i go to video settings and set quality to max. Then i load game - Microsoft Age Of Empires II and press F8. When record stop, i open avi file in Windows Media Player and see black screen and some colours from game(i upload with this post small video from this game). Why i cant record with good quality when i in game ?

This is most likely caused by AoE using a different color palette than windows. I can't offer advice on a fix at the moment, however, knowing the possible CAUSE may help you in your search for a solution.
