#7 USB output

I have noticed that there does not seem to be one screen video capture program out there that can stream the video to a s-video or USB output. It would be nice to have the captured screen region video exported to the USB port, and to connect this USB port to another computer as a virtual webcam.

An interesting idea... How would this be different from, say, using a program like UltraVNC to stream a desktop to another computer over a network? Please provide more details/examples on how this could be used. What would the setup be? What type of USB cable would you use? What device(s) would be connected to the USB cable?

Any other details about the idea that you can provide would be appreciated.
