#5 Better handling of import / include from XSD to template

Add annotations to root element in CAM template structure documenting the imports and includes used by the original XSD schema ingested.

Then provide option when generating XSD from CAM template - scan in those imports - build list of element and type definitions - and use those in generated XSD syntax.
