#1 Better version number release integration

Currently new release numbering and date are done manually. Need to automate this and make global variable (mementos.xml ?) for this.

Also - when calling xslt automatically pass two new parameters - toolVersion and releaseDate to xslt for reporting purposes.

I modified v2.0 code to get rid of unnecessary data in plugin.xml. So, form now on version should be set in cameditor.product. Then it can be invoked throug this call Platform.getBundle(Application.PLUGIN_ID).getVersion().toString() and passed to any place.
