#882 Support XSD union xsd:insteger / xsd:string 0 trick for nillable

XSD nillable="true" type="xsd:integer" does not work. Yoiu ahve to use a xsd:union of xsd:string with length=0 and xsd:integer

Support this in both import and export modes
