#8 Generate Median Images

With General Linear Model and CANOVA pipelines, it is
very common to have to generate mean images as a
replacement for missing data.

Thus, it will be useful if mean images can be generated
automatically from the Input Table Spreadsheet.
Initially, the mean images will be generated when the
user select "Mean Image". Later, it will be upgraded to
do automatic "Mean Image" generation just before the
pipelines are created and run.

The function "niiaverage" is created for this purpose. However, I have yet to integrate it into the UI
