From an email from John and with respect to WBIC data:
Images are all in radiological format (left is right). Furthermore, because the parcellation images are neurological orientation (and Analyze format, which does inform us of orientation), then left/right labels in any output tables should be reversed.
We will make the necessary changes to the software to help other users. Thanks for your patience. Good luck with OHBM.
