- you have not installed the openh323 source: Pwlib and OpenH323. Go to the site: www.openh323.org, you will find how to download, install and build it.

- you have already installed it. You have badly install flex and bison (see on Openh323). so the program aspasner has not been created. That's why you find not include file '245.h'...
