#13 import gedcom files

It was very very helpful if the program can import GEDCOM files for displaying family events.

I have downloaded the version calizo_0.1.0pre_win32_071016.zip
but I can't load GEDCOM files with the extension *.ged.

Please try "Append" and then switch Filetype in the file open dialog to "*.ged".

I attached a simple.ged file which I used for a test. Calizo should import the person included (birth and death dates). If you have a Problem importing your file, could you please try to generate a simple example where calizo fails to import the person? I can then track the problem...
