I was hoping that the newly released version had fixed this, but I still seem to be having trouble with Turkish language calendars.
InDesign CS5 on Windows 7 x64
Adobe InDesign Calendar Wizard version 3.13.31
(please see attached screenshot of error dialog)
Hi,
-Scott
Sure thing. I wasn't changing anything other than the date range and the language, the rest I left default.
Thanks - I'm still not able to reproduce the problem.
Does it work with other languages? (i.e. does it work with English?)
Is there a particular month that it breaks on? (ie, can you find a setting with just one month that will cause the error?)
It works fine with English as well as a few other languages I've tried. I attempted to create a Turkish calendar with just one month and none of them have worked (so far tried January, February, and August 2013). The error pops up before the calendar starts drawing itself. Is there another setting besides the month that I should attempt to change?
Thanks for all the help.
I gave up and tried installing the plugin on another machine with a clean install of indesign. I have a feeling that enabling World-Ready Composition on my original install in order to handle languages that run from right to left somehow interferes with the style creation portion of your script.
On the new machine with fresh install, the script works as it should now for all languages I attempted except Greek. This is with the same settings from the attached image above (just with Greek as the language). The error is unrelated to the problem before.
This is an old issue that I'm closing out. I can't reproduce any problem with the Greek language on my comptuer with Version 5.0.7
