Calculus equation solver and grapher / News: Recent posts

Its been more than a year and there has been very little work done on this project, sorry, I've been doing school and work, haven't had much time to do anything. Hopefully the latest code for this project has not been deleted, since I have been redoeing my systems, but I will check my server and see if I can get the code and clean it up so it at least runs a little bit and put it up for anybody to tinker with. I might mess around with it some this summer, but we will see.

This upcoming week I will be on spring break. I have gone back and redone a huge bit of this program. For instance I am no longer using StringBuffers to hold the strings, instead i made a new class, MathPrimitive to hold integers and operators, and I am now using Vectors to help increase speed of my algorithms, as well as make it easier to perform certain tasks. Since I will be having my wisdom teeth pulled, I will have lots of time to just sit around and code. Hopefully I can produce a working product so my fellow team members can have something to work with.

I have been in college and have had little time to work on it. I have been recently going through all of my old code and cleaning it out a great deal. I do not know when it will be ready to be used, but it will be a while. I have been considering making it maple like in presentation, but i dont know.

I have completed all of the algorithims and i am now cleaning up and finishing the GUI, and i should be ready by the start of September. If anybody would wish to help please email me for the updated source code. Thank you for your support and patience.

I have completed the simplification algorithims and am ready to do the derivative algs, i should be able to release something useable by the time i start college, which will be around the middle of August.

Please do not download and start working on the code on the website until may the 8th, i am changing the file structure as well as adding comments so yall can understand it. thanks.
