This page provides a summary of the packages to be included in CAELinux 2013, their status, and installation source.
Name represent the common name of the software, for ex. OpenFOAM
Package represent the package name , for example openfoam211
Version represent the package version or source version if not available
Status describes the current status of the package. It represents its stage of maturity. Status can be for example: proposed, to test, tested OK, tested NOT OK, stable, to improve, outdated
Note If you want to add a package please open a ticket and developers will add it in the list with the "proposed" status. Also provide us with a link to the main website or source or PPA. *
Source can be either caelinux.sf.net or a link to a PPA or link to the source / official website of the project
Build info is a link to the build documentation either on this wiki for CAELinux packages or on any other web resources for external packages. This can also be a link to the Debian source package or a automatic build script.
Distrib describes whether the packages is to be included in the ISO image or left as an optional package. Possible values are: "high priority, low priority, optionnal". This can be proposed by any one but will be finally decided by the admins when building the official release.
