Yeah, basically we aren't allowed to use anything from Katana so I created
a KMG format that is similar to PVR, but it's well known and not something
Sega created or has control over. It's seriously not a case of NIH, if I felt
comfortable using PVR I'd probably do it.

I like having a command line app to do it too, since that can be batched.
Also a Photoshop plugin doesn't do people like me any good (Unix :) but
there is a Gimp PVR plugin that's a closer to acceptable. But then people
in Windows don't generally have/understand Gimp, so...
