[KOS] Dev on OS X

I've been playing around with an OS X machine I have here. I've got the GCC
toolchain from here:

ftp://ftp.aladdin.de/pub/people/chris/dreamcast/macosx-dc-toolchain

Seems to work fine with the latest SVN build. :) I'm curious what people's
experiences with this setup are so far? Anyone have a coders' cable that
they use with a Mac? Do you have to get a serial adapter to do that?
