KallistiOS 1.3.0 or 1.4.0 would seriously benefit from
opening to the homebrew community those two features
that make the Dreamcast so fascinating: support of
Volume Modifiers ( for fast stencil volumes support
[DOOM III like shadows] ) and DOT3 blending ( for
bump-mapping/normal-mapping as shown in DOOM III and
POLYBUMP demos for the PVR MBX chipset ).

Both modifier volumes and bumpmapping have been figured out.
Though neither of them are currently implemented in kos.
