#16 mm.c - dumb build thing...

in kos 1.2.0, while compiling kos under debian woody i
got an error about DBG_DEAD not being found in
kernel/arch/dreamcast/kernel/mm.c

adding #include <stdio.h> at the top of mm.c fixed it

Yeah, this was fixed in CVS a while back, waiting on 1.2.1
to "release" it.
