But the strange point is that snmp information are well filled in the 
device's screen. If the issue was unrecognize snmp, won't it appears here?

I guess net-snmp and php-snmp are different packages, for different
purposes. In my cacti experience, cacti needs php-snmp to work
properly.

At least, it is listed in the FreeBSD port:
