#2 cddb lookup / database addendum tool

there should be a tool or script to look up the
diskid's and cddbid's (musicbrainz?) and input the data
into the database. If there is no cddb entry for the
disk, the calculated diskid ought be used, and track
numbers and lengths should still be included in the
database.
