After selecting print from the IE Menu, the Page Setup
Dialog box appears in IE. From there the IE session is
completley Frozen.

Attached is the HTML from the web template and a java
console error file

Windows XP sp2
IE version 6
java permisions set to medium safety
Use JRE 1.4.2_04 for <applet> enabled
