#12 Installer stops working for power user

I can install programs on my office pc, but I can't
install Bwgburn. Does the installer for bwgburn really
need admin rights?

Basically I use the default install program that comes with Visual Studio 2005. I do not know enough about it yet to create an install that will
work with power users versus adminiatrator. I will look into this more in the future, but for now I want to focus on the code.
