Nice job you have done! I am not being able to test it. But it seems to be a great app!
I am having some trouble for debugging on BVRDE because my user has a menu after the login.
So when I open the shell, i have to type 4 and press enter, then type s (to go to shell) and press enter.
I was wondering if exists a pre-debug field that i could list the necessary commands to acess shell, then it could cd directory and gdb/dbx program.
It could be something just like the Compiler >> Build Steps
But for debugging.
I have tryed to use the Debugger >> Settings >> Custom, but i don´t know how to use it.

The "Custom" field is indeed what allows you to run various commands on the remote target right after the login stage. It is a multiline field (use CTRL+RETURN to add more lines).
You should also enable the Debug View, from the View >> Other Windows menu, to see what effect your commands have on the remote target.
