#12 Command line interface and smaller pieces

MD5 hashes are like 16 bytes. Add options for the
possibility of making slices DOWN to, lets say, 64
bytes... BT needs to give PTPDP a run for its money.

Also, how about a commandline interface? Accept a file
mask, comment, tracker, and then pop it out to
standard out?

    20 byte hash for 64 bytes of data? Kinda silly.. would use up
    a crazy ammount of memory. No need to go below
    128kb...BT is BT, it stands alone.
