#8 Edited Open Office cause error on redisplay

If we open an Open Office document in Burrokeet it
renders correctly. However, if we make a small edit in
Open Office, save the document and then refresh the
browser view of it we get an error like this:

JAR entry meta.xml not found in
d:\projects\burrokeet\repositoryData\openOfficeDemo\OpenOfficeWriter.sxw

Opening the Open Office file shows that there is in
fact a meta.xml file present.

Stopping Burrokeet, restarting it and refreshing the
page results in the document being displayed correctly.

This behaviour did not exist when we used the ZIP
generator so the bug may be in the JAR generator.
