Graham's answer sounds pretty clear to me.
It looks like the client has a little issue with disabling the VSS snapshot but
Graham does not have the time right now to look into it.

So in order to dig the issue, you can either try to fix it by your own, sponsor
the development of a fix or just wait for someone to fix it for you.

There is no company behind burp. People (mostly Graham) work on it in their
spare-time. I'd love to spend more time working on burp (and burp-ui) and I'm
pretty sure Graham feels the same for burp, but we just can't. We all have to
deal with it.
