I think Bas is keen to do it, but I have asked him to wait for a week or so,
just in case there are any problems with 1.3.2 that have managed to get past
me.

Ideally, the Ubuntu/Debian packages would stay on a 'stable' burp version, but
the changes to burp to get into Ubuntu/Debian were very recent and so no
stable burp version has been packaged yet. Though it is possible that 1.3.2
might be that version.
