[Burp-users] New version in to ubuntu

Hi all,

Becouse of freeze of ubuntu 12.4 , ubuntu won't  sync burp automaticly.

But how more support we get in this bug the greater the change that it wil be synced in.

Please add your comments if you agree to update current version to 1.3.1
