Attached you will find a list assigning all of the monsters still remaining in the "Misc / none" section of the snapshot Manuel page to correct categories, either existing or with names hopefully following the convention. There are also two already-categorised monsters on the list which it might make sense to move elsewhere. Unless marked otherwise (* - don't know, ! - known incorrect, see my other bug report from a moment ago), monster names themselves are okay and can be left alone.
Incidentally, it wouldn't hurt to move a few categories currently listed under Everything Else. These are:
Nemesis / Infernal Seals +> Item - Seal Figurines OR Item - Other
Uncle P / Foyer +> Uncle P / Vanya's Castle
Everything Else / Mini-Hipster +> Mr Store / Mini-Hipster
Everything Else / A Maze of Sewer Tunnels +> Basement / A Maze of Sewer Tunnels OR Basement / Hobopolis
Everything Else / Rock Event +> Holiday / Rock Event?
