Welcome to the Builder M2O wiki! Builder M2O v1 is now released, and the developed team is disbanded. Builder Mark II - Organ (Builder M2O for short) is a windows only application based on the MAF application framework, which allows to process imaging and biomedical instrumentation data into appropriate inputs for organ-scale models. Builder M2O is avaible as a freeware here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/builderm2o/
As the development group is now disbanded, there is no support provided. you can find a lot of information in the user manual:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-6B6ILahS88S1hrWHhKMldXQWs/view
Or you can try to get some help by joining and posting your question to the Builder M2O users Google Group:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B6lsN5wlWxEfckxvWVBXLUJjWFk
The manual provide a tutorial on the generation of an FE model from CT data. The tutorial data are available here:

If you have a bug to report, please create a new ticket here:
https://sourceforge.net/p/builderm2o/tickets/
Since there is no further development planned we cannot ensure anyone will be able to fix that bug, but logging it will help other users, and it may help if tomorrow someone decide to revitalise this software development project. Builder M2O is one of three freeware applications based on MAF that we released as the MAF framework development was suspended. The other two, released by the Medical Technology Lab at the Rizzoli Institute, are:

It was fun, while it lasted; rest in peace MAF.
