Is there a configuration option for the webserver? The URL that was loaded was http://localhost/BugNet//Bugs/BugDetail.aspx?bid=5, but the RSS fed for the project is http://10.120.7.230/Bugs/RSS.aspx?pid=1&s=1&feed=7

    That is a setting within BugNet. Under administration / application configuration / Default Url. It sounds like you will want to put http://10.120.7.230/ in that box.
