It looks like it's because I used a Python 2.7 feature and you
presumably have an older Python. This is already fixed on trunk but it
hasn't gone into a release yet.

The easiest workaround is probably to use the patch from
http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/bugle/ticket/94.
