[Bugin-users] Welcome message for those with system assigned account.

Minor glitch here, I mentioned the "adding 1 to username but not showing in
welcome message" problem, but noticed this also:

"You can sign into the system at:
/support/"

It looks like it's not including the complete URL path on that message.
The rest of the messages come through fine with URL info.
