Hello,

This is the greates!  Thanks so much for making a ticketing system that
actually makes sense and works just like it should.  I have version .07
running and just noticed that the original submitter of a ticket has no
option to add comments to the ticket.  Did you do this for a reason, or did
you accidently forget the feature ?  It would be nice if the person assigned
to the ticket could have a two-way dialog with the originator by allowing
the originator to add comments to the ticket.  This way, if the person
assigned to the ticket needs "more information," then the originator can
just update the same ticket with his/her comments.

I do have several enhacements/feature request, mostly in the area of
reporting, is this the proper forum for these type request?  How can I help?
