#214 Accounts balances to reflect pre-paid accounts

It would be helpful to have balances for accounts such as checking, savings, etc. to optionally show the balance with the pre-paid accounts applied against those accounts to which they are tied. This would require some sort of link from the pre-paid to an account, but would allow one to see the affect of the pre-paid against each account. This would help one to know how much is available in any account with the pre-paids taken into consideration. It could be reflected in the My Accounts line items like so for example.

Checking
My checking $1000 ($350 with $650 in pre-paids)
Wife's checking $6400 ($5499 with $1001 in pre-paids)
