There is an export to CSV plugin already completed (which is actually bundled with the main program). A third party is working on an import from CSV plugin, although he has been busy with other priorities lately. I don't have an ETA for completion, but keep checking back.

Can only locate ExportSIF Plugin only.

What import plugin(s) do you need? Currently QIF is the only import plugin which is completed, although more are being worked on by the community.
