After the latest update (I am using a iMac), the drop down boxes for date, from and to won't stay open so you can't enter data. Anyone else experienced this? Thanks

It sounds like you are using the wrong version for your operating system version. Look at http://buddi.digitalcave.ca/download.jsp and pick between OSX Legacy (if you are running OSX version 10.6 or previous) or the normal OSX (if you are running OSX version 10.7 or 10.8).
