#318 Splits Post as Negative Numbers in Actual

Bug Summary: I discovered in "Income and Expense By Category" Reports that if I use splits to allocate an expense in My Accounts (such as a checking transaction to pay a credit card bill that contains a list of different items that must go to different budgeted accounts), the splits amounts appear in Actual [expense] columns in the Report as negative numbers. Splits post correctly to My Budget - it's just in the Report that they show up as negative numbers. Expenses from non-split-type transactions show up in the report as positive numbers. It's only the splits that show up in Reports as negative numbers.

Steps to Reproduce: To recreate, set up budgeted accounts. Allocate an expense to the budgeted account using a split.

Observed Behavior: Expenses posted from splits will show up correctly in My Budget; however they show up in the "Income and Expense By Category" Report Actual column as negative numbers. Expenses posted through other means (not using splits) post as positive numbers.

Desired Behavior: Expenses allocated to accounts via splits appear as positive numbers in the Actual column of the Income and Expense by Category Report.

    Excellent find, thank you Rich (and very nice bug report, BTW: it is not often you see a report as good as this, even in the professional world!) I have fixed this error, and it will be available in the next release.
