#4 New windows are being opened in IE instead of in Bubba

Links that should be opened in new windows are being opened in Internet Explorer (or other browser, if currently active) and not in Bubba browser.
Examples:
1) Choose one of the videos at http://www.sutree.com/ and click "Play". The video site will be opened in IE window.
2) Play the audio at http://www.merriam-webster.com/cgi-bin/mwwod.pl . Click the "What's this?" link (java script) at the buttom.
