Can You add support for IR 3dfx VoodooTV FM card?

It could be very useful as 3dfx is no more and there are no
other drivers for 3dfx VoodooTV FM!!!

I also think it should be useful to many people!
3DFX VoodooTV FM is a great TV card but there are no
ufficial drivers for Windows XP!
