#517 VS2012 BTNet Integration

I've been using VS2010 with BTNet and Subversion integration for a couple of years now and it's worked perfectly. I recently installed VS2012 and upgraded a working existing VS2010 solution into VS2012. The Subversion integration is working properly, but I don't think the BTNet integration is working properly as I'm not seeing the BTNet Id box anywhere. Should BTNet integration work with VS2012?
