It'd be great to be able to to fire configured events when a ticket is closed, or some other status change made. For example, when a bug has been completed a satisfaction survey could be sent to the reporter of the bug to find out how the resolution process went (obviously the survey would be external to bugtracker, but the email firing would be done by bugtracker).
