I am using the POP3 config auto open ticket, it's working fine. My question is about the users when them send e-mails, for example, to mis@mycompany.com and the ticket will be created. But the ticket is created by admin and reported by admin. So, when the ticket has any update, the user for example JOE - joe@mycompany.com do not receive any updates e-mails, he is not registered in the BugTracker yet.
If I register Joe, he is able to receive the e-mails updates with sucess.
I would like to create the users automatic using Active Directory configuration. Is this possible?
I'm running the IIS 7.5
The most of the my users won't access the BugTracker.Net URL and to them is more easy to open a ticket through e-mail.
Thanks.
Thiago

Sorry for late response. This IS possible. Read through Web.config.
