Bug tracker has been working great for us, but we would need to make a modification and are unsure how to do it. We have added a custom field for the user to type an e-mail address in when creating a new ticket. We would now like to have this e-mail address auto suscribed to the ticket (as if it were the user's e-mail address). I was previously at a company who used bugtracker and had it configured in this way and I would like to replicate this. Unfortunately the people who setup bugtracker are no longer there and the newbies have no idea how it was configured. Any suggestions on how to acomplish this?
Thanks!
Brian

You'd have to write C# code. It's not a configuration thing. (Sorry about late response)
