Patch 2 of 4 patches to btmgr-3.7-1:

A hack to compile smart boot manager with current nasm versions.

This does not repair the grammar but only solves the problem in the used case in btmgr-3.7.1.

This is similar to the patch of bero #1336455 "Make it compile with current nasm versions".
