This patch builds bzimage-like files from SBM.
So you can load SBM from LILO, GRUB or syslinux and
use it to boot from CDROM, without having to use
memdisk or similar.
Obviously, "Save settings" cannot work in this
situation (since SBM does not know where on disk it
is). I hope I found all places that try to access the
original image and patched them properly. (When
installing to disk, save settings still works).
To build (will most likely work only on Linux):
patch -p1 <btmgr-bzimage.patch
The first make is necessary to rebuild main.bin with
my patches, the second one will run my Makefile and
make lots of bzimages.
